Recipe - Lf Granola

7 cup Oats (reg. or quick) (up to
8)
1 cup Grapenuts cereal
1 cup Raisins (up to 2)
One half cup Chopped dates and/or other
dried fruits
One fourth cup Honey, warmed (up to 1/3)
1 Jar (10 oz) apricot
preserves
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cinnamon, optional (up to 2)
One half cup Apple juice, optional (makes
it crunchier)
Stir together oats, cereal, raising and dates.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and then pour over above
mixture.
Spread on 2 cookie sheets sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for about 30 min.
Stir every five min. and change racks. Cool completely before storing.
Notes: I like to leave big clumps in this. It is tasty alone, as cereal,
over yogurt, on nf cottage cheese with fruit.
