Recipe - Les Egg Salad Sandwiches

6 lg Eggs, hardboiled
3 tablespoon Miracle Whip (NOT
mayonnaise)
1 Scallion, minced fine
Salt and Pepper to taste
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Dry mustard
8 sl Heavy wholegrain breadd (
such as Moslenberg)
Mash eggs. Mix in Miracle Whip, scallion, salt and pepper, garlic powder,
and dry mustard. If mixture seems too dry add enough Miracle Whip to
moisten to your liking. Cover and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours
(preferrably over night to mingle flavors).
Divide mixture evenly between four slices of bread. Spread evenly. Top with
remaining bread slices. English or French cut in half. Serve with potato
chips and sweet pickle spears with a glass of cold milk on the side.
