FOR A STANDARD LOAF PAN
1 One half cup Corn
1 cup Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar, you can omit it
because of the small amount
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Baking powder
6 tablespoon Melted butter
7 tablespoon Corn oil
1 One half cup Milk
2 Eggs
Preheat oven 350 F Mix dry ingredients. Beat butter, oil milk and eggs. Add
into the dry mix Pour in a greased loaf pan Bake for about 40 mn Serve hot
