Recipe - Lentil Rice Loaf

1 cup Cooked Brown Rice
1 cup Cooked Lentils
1 Egg Substitute, Liquid
1 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoon Water
1 cup Croutons
1 cup Chopped Tomatoes, canned
One fourth teaspoon Thyme
One half teaspoon Sage
Saute onion untol limp, but not browned. Add onions and all ingredients.
Pour into greased casserole and bake 3500 for
35 minutes. Serve with heated undiluted cream of mushroom or celery
soup.
