Recipe - Lemongrass Tangerine Tuna

One half cup Chicken broth; lowfat
lowsodium
2 tablespoon Lite soy sauce
2 tablespoon Sesame oil
One fourth cup Tangerine juice; or
substitute orange juice
1 tablespoon Minced fresh lemongrass
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 One half pound Fresh tuna steaks
Combine the broth, soy sauce, oil, juice, lemongrass, and pepper in a
shallow pan.
Add the tuna and marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Broil or grill the tuna on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes and serve.
