Recipe - Lemon And Rosemary T-Bone Steaks

Ingredients:

1 cup Olive oil
One half cup Fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Fresh rosemary chopped
6 Tbone steaks (1214 oz.
Each)

Combine oil, lemon juice, roesmary and generouse amount of pepper in large
glass baking dish. Add steaks and turn to coat. cover and chill 4 to 6
hours. Prepare barbecue (mediumhigh heat). Remove steaks from marinade.
Sprinkle with salt. Grill to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for
rare. Transfer to plates and serve.
