Recipe - Lemon Tea Cakes

1 One half teaspoon Vinegar (I use lemon juice)
One half cup Milk
One half cup Butter
Three fourths cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel; (1 to 2)
1 Three fourths cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Stir juice into milk; cream butter and sugar. Add egg and lemon peel. Mix
dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Beat until
smooth. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for
12 to 14 minutes. Brush with glaze made with Three fourths cup powdered sugar and 1/4
cup lemon juice.
