Recipe - Lemon Snowdrops

1 cup Butter
One half cup Confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon extract
2 cup Flour
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Lemon Butter Filling

Heat oven to 400. Cream butter & sugar. Add extact, flour & salt; mix
well. Measure level teaspoonfuls of dough; round into balls & flatten
slightly. Place 1" apart on ungreased sheet. Bake 810 minutes. Cool.
Put together with Lemon Butter Filling. Roll in confectioners sugar.
