Recipe - Lemon Shrimp Casserole

1 One half pound Shrimp; cooked
1 cup Rice; cooked
1 cup Sharp cheese; grated
1 cn Mushroom soup
One half cup Green pepper; chopped
One half cup Green onion; chopped
One half cup Celery; chopped
One half cup Butter
Lemons
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter.
Add to shrimp mixture. Put in flat casserole and completely cover top with
cut or sliced up lemons. Bake at 375~F, covered, for about 20 minutes. Serves 6.
