BEAT TOGETHER
1 cup Sugar
2 Lemons ; juice and rind of
1 Egg
4 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Molasses
1 One half cup Hot water
CRUMBS
3 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Butter
1 teaspoon Baking soda
Notes: By Heather Ramsey. Tamaqua. The Times News, PA
Pour in unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Sprinkle top with
cinnamon. Bake at 350€ for 40 minutes.
CRUMBS: Mix with pastry knife. Makes three 8 inch pies.
