Recipe - Lemon Salad Dressing (Weight Watchers)

Ingredients:

One fourth cup Lowfat yogurt
1 One half teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon
juice*
Three fourths teaspoon Granulated sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper

In small bowl combine all ingredients; cover with plastic wrap and
refrigerate until chilled.

Yields about One fourth cup

Each 2Tbsp serving provides:
One fourth Milk,
10 Optional calories.

Per serving: 25 calories; 1 g protein; 0.4 g fat; 4 g carbohydrate; 54 mg
calcium; 290 mg sodium; 2 mg cholesterol

*For a more tart dressing, add up to an additional 2 One fourth tsp lemon juice.
