Recipe - Lemon Pork Picatta

1 pound Boneless fast fry p[ork
chops
One fourth cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One half Lemon
1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder; mix well. Dredge pork
chops in misture; shake off excess.
2. Heat oil in a large non stick skillet over medium heat. Brown chops for
12 minutes per side.
3. Remove from heat, squeeze lemon over top and serve.
