Recipe - Lemon Pepper Veggies

2 cup Broccoli florets
2 cup Cauliflower florets
1 cup Thinly cut or sliced up carrot
1 One half tablespoon Reducedcalorie margarine,
melted
1 tablespoon Lemon pepper
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
Steam first 3 ingredients, covered, 5 minutes; set aside, and keep warm.
Combine margarine, lemon pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl; stir
well. Add vegetables; toss gently. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
Per serving: 70 Calories; 3g Fat (29% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 10g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 344mg Sodium
NOTES : This recipe is a cinch to throw together and can be served as
either a side dish or a substitute for a dinner salad. Debbie Evers,
