Recipe - Lemon Legs

4 Empire Kosher IQF Legs
2 tablespoon Dill; fresh OR
1 teaspoon Dill; dried
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Onions; chopped; sm. onions
1 teaspoon Lemon Rind; grated
One fourth cup Lemon Juice; fresh
Place chickden in baking dish; sprinkle with lemon rind, onion, dill and
nutmeg. Add lemon juice. Bake uncoverd in 350 degree oven for about 60
mins., or until done.
MICROWAVE: Bake covered on high about 30 mins.
