2 Egg yolks; well beaten
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1 Lemon; juice of and grated
rind of
1 cup Evaporated milk
1 Lump butter
Sift flour and sugar together. Combine all ingredients and cook until
thick.
