Recipe - Lemon Ginger Bread

3 cup Bread flour
One half teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Brown sugar
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
1 One half tablespoon Maple syrup
3 tablespoon Butter or margarine
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
Three fourths cup Water
Add ingredients according to machine directions. I made a large loaf,
Subtle flavor increase ginger.
NOTES : 122794 Flour equivalent Large serves 10=3cups Medium serves 7 =2
One half cups Small serves 5 =2 cups cycle white, sweet; timer setting; light to
medium
