Recipe - Lemon Garlic Dressing

1 cup Cider vinegar
1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves
One fourth teaspoon Ground pepper optional
One half teaspoon Celery seed
One half Cucumber cut in chunks
1 small Onion cut in chunks
One half teaspoon Dill weed
1 tablespoon Parsley

Put all ingredients into blender jar. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
