Recipe - Lemon Dessert Bread

1 cn Evaporated milk; chilled
1 pack Lemon jello
1 cup Sugar
1 1/3 cup Water; boiling
1 Lemon; juice and rind of
15 Grahm crackers; crushed

Mix the lemon jello, sugar, water lemon juice and rind and chill till
syrupy, then whip. Whip the can of cream and them whip into the lemon
mixture. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan with One half of the crushed
grahm crackers, then pour the lemon mixture over the crumbs. Sprinkel
remaining crumbs on the top. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
