Recipe - Lemon Crackers

2 One half cup Sugar
1 cup Shortening
2 tablespoon Bakers ammonia
1 teaspoon Oil of lemon
2 Eggs
2 tablespoon Milk; new
1 pt Milk; new
Flour
Soak ammonia over night in pint of milk. Beat eggs seperately and ad 2 T.
milk to yolks. Mix dough stiff and roll thin. Prick well with fork and
bake.
