Recipe - Lemon Concoction

3 Scoops vanilla ice cream
2 Lemons; juice of
6 ounce 7up (Sprite substitutes
nicely)
1 ounce Simple syrup

Great for the kids. Divine on a hot summer day! Blend ingredients, top
with whipped cream, serve in a frosted glass. (I have misplaced the recipe
for simple syrup it's when you supersaturate water with white sugar and
boil to thicken it)
