Recipe - Lemon Chess Pie

2 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Cornmeal
One fourth cup Milk
One fourth cup Melted butter
1 tablespoon Flour
4 Eggs
One fourth cup Lemon juice
3 tablespoon Grated lemon peel
One half teaspoon Vanilla
Lightly blend sugar, meal and flour. Beat eggs and blend in sugar mixture.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 375
for 3040 minutes.
