Recipe - Lemon Cheese Icing

Ingredients:
Lemon Cheese Icing recipe makes 4 Servings
1 One half cup Sugar
One half cup Lemon juice
6 Egg yolks; beaten
One half cup Flour, allpurpose
1 cup Water; heated
One half Stick butter
Mix sugar and flour; add lemon juice and mix until smooth. Add eggs and
mix well. Add hot water gradually and cook until smooth and thick over low
heat stir with a wooden spoon. Add butter and beat until ready to
spread.
