Recipe - Lemon Cheese Dessert Bombe

Ingredients:

1 ounce Unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoon Water
1 cup Milk
3 ounce Cream cheese; softened
One half cup Sugar
1 cup Lemon yogurt

GARNISHES
Fresh strawberries optional

Soften gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water. Stir in milk. Cook and stir until
gelatin dissolves. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Stir in yogurt.
Gradually blend in gelatin mixture. Pour into a 3 cup mold or t One half cup
molds. Chill until set. Unmold and garnish with fresh strawberries, or
other fruit of your choice. Barb Day
