Recipe - Lemon Catfish

4 Catfish fillets; thawed
One fourth cup Fresh lemon juice
One fourth cup Oil
1 teaspoon Dry minced onion
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
One fourth teaspoon Hot pepper sauce; or to tast
4 Lemon wedges
Rinse fillets and blot dry. Combine remaining ingredients except lemon
wedges, in flat casserole dish. Add fillets. Marinate in refrigerator
overnight, turning several times. Grill fillets over mediumhot coals 58
minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Baste with marinade while cooking. Squeeze lemon wedges and serve.
Oven Method:
Broil 6 inches from heat for 56 minutes; turn carefully and baste
marinade. Broil an additional 56 minutes or until fish flakes easily when
tested with a fork.
