Recipe - Lemon Broiled Fish

One half cup Margarine melted
One fourth cup Lemon juice, bottled
(concentrate)
2 cup Fresh bread crumbs (4
Slices)
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
One half teaspoon Paprika
1 pound Orange roughy fillets
Thawed
Combine margarine and lemon juice in measuring cup. In separate bowl, mix
together bread crumbs, parsley, and One fourth cup of the lemon juice mixture. To
the remaining lemon juice mixture, add paprika, and dip fish. Broil until
fish easily flakes with a fork (about 5 minutes). Top fish with crumbs.
Broil until heated through.
