Recipe - Lemon Bisque

1 pack Lemon Jello
2 One half cup Graham wafer crumbs
4 tablespoon White sugar
4 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Butter
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Carnation milk very cold
1 Lemon [grated rind & juice]i
Three fourths cup Sugar
Prepare jello and let set till like syrup. Prepare crumbs,sugar, brown
sugar and butter by rubbing together, set aside. Beat the can of Carnation
milk till thick, add juice and rind of lemon, Three fourths cup white sugar and add the
jello. Spread half of crumbs in 13 x 10 One half pan, pour in jello mixture and
put rest of crumbs on top. Refrigerate. Delicious!
