Recipe - Lemon-Poppy Seed Coffee Cake

2 cup Bisquick original baking mix
One fourth cup Poppy seed
1 cup Milk
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
2 Eggs
1 pack (4serving size) lemon
instant pudding and pie
GLAZE
filling
2/3 cup Powdered sugar
3 (up to)
4 teaspoon Lemon juice
HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 9x9x2inches.
MIX baking mix, poppy seed, milk, oil, eggs and pudding and pie filling
(dry); beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan.
BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until light golden brown and toothpick inserted
in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Drizzle with Glaze. 9 servings.
Glaze: Mix ingredients until smooth and drizzling consistency.
