Recipe - Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette recipe makes 10 Servings
3 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon Dijonstyle mustard
One half teaspoon Roasted garlic
One half teaspoon Kosher salt
1 tablespoon Light brown sugar or honey
One half cup Extravirgin olive oil
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Store any unused vinaigrette
tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Yield: Three fourths cup
