Recipe - Lemon-Dill Fish Fillets - Modified

16 ounce Sole fillets
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoon Fresh squeezed lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 cup LemonDill Coating Mix
modified
Lemon wedges, (optional)
FOR FISH: Whisk lemon juice and olive oil together. Brush juice/oil mixture
onto both sides of each fish fillet; sprinkle with salt. Place One half cup
Lemondill Coating in a shallow dish; dredge fish in topping. Place fish in
an 11 x 7 x 2inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork. Yield: 4 servings.
Serving Ideas : Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
NOTES : Use coating mix for fish or chicken.
