Recipe - Lemon-Dill Coating Mix - Modified

15 Ryvita Snackbread, finely
crushed
2 tablespoon Grated lemon rind
4 teaspoon Dried whole dillweed
1 One half teaspoon Dry mustard
FOR LEMONDILL COATING: Combine all ingredients in large ziptop heavyduty
plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well.
Store tightly sealed in refrigerator; shake well before each use. Yield: 2
cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons).
Serving Ideas : Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
NOTES : Use coating mix for fish or chicken.
