Recipe - Lemon-Broiled Scallops

12 ounce Scallops
2 tablespoon Reduced calorie margarine
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Dried tarragon
One fourth teaspoon Dried basil
Preheat broiler. Place scallops in shallow baking dish. Melt margarine,
combine with remaining ingredients. Baste scallops with half of this
mixture. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn scallops, baste with
remaining sauce and broil 5 more minutes or until done. Each Serving: 194
Calories, 26g Protein, 6g Fat, 7g Carbohydrates, Luscious.
