1 cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon McCormick's Season ALl
One half teaspoon Onion powder or flakes
One fourth teaspoon Cumin
One half teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Chili powder
Red pepper flakes to taste
Mix it all together dry and use as a rub. Add vinegar, oil, lemon juice,
and Coke or Sprite to liquefy and use as a basting sauce. Keep what's left
over and heat thoroughly for use as a dipping sauce.
