Recipe - Leftover Vegetable Casserole

1 cup Cooked corn kernels
1 cup Cooked green beans
1 cup Finely chopped celery
1 cup Minced onion
One half cup Green pepper, finely chopped
4 cup Sharp cheddar, grated
1 cup Sour cream
1 cn Cream of celery soup
Mix all ingredients and place in a large, greased casserole dish. Top with
enough bread crumbs to cover and One fourth cup melted butter, drizzled evenly
over top. Slivered almonds can be sprinkled on top if desired. bake at
350f for 45 minutes.
