Recipe - Lefse (Instant Potatoes)

Ingredients:
Lefse (Instant Potatoes) recipe makes 4 Servings
3 cup Potato flakes
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Butter
Three fourths cup Water
1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
Combine potatoes and salt. Place butter in measure cup and add water to
make 1 cup measure. Transfer to sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add to dry
mixture and mix with a fork. Add mile and mix well. Refrigerate until
complete chilled. When dough is chilled, add flour with your hands. Rll
into golf ball size balls. Roll thin and cook on 500 degree grill.
