Recipe - Lechon Kawali

1 kg Pork belly
2 teaspoon Salt
5 Whole peppercorns
5 Cloves garlic, minced
Oil, for deep frying
SAUCE
One fourth cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Vinegar
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 Pcs chili peppers
1. Boil pork in enough water with salt, peppercorns and garlic until
tender. Drain.
2. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.
3. Mix together all ingredients for the sauce and serve with chopped lechon
kawali.
