Recipe - Lazy Days Meat Ring

4 pound Ground chicken breast,
skinless
2 cup White bread crumbs
4 Whole egg whites, slightly
beaten
1 cup Water
1 Env spaghetti sauce mix
1 cup Onions, chopped
1 cup Red and green bell peppers,
chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 12cup fluted pan with cooking spray; set
aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg whites, water,
spaghetti sauce mix, onions, and bell peppers. Mix until well blended. Pack
firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 1 and One fourth hours. Let stand 10 minutes,
then unmold.
Per serving: 302 Calories; 3g Fat (9% calories from fat); 39g Protein; 20g
Carbohydrate; 88mg Cholesterol; 322mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve hot and garnished with ketchup.
