Recipe - Layered Strawberry Dessert

Nonstick cooking spray
3 cup Strawberries, cut or sliced up
1 pack (8 oz) fatfree cream cheese
One half cup Sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup Lemon nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon Lemon peel, finely shredded
2 cup Low fat whipped dessert
topping, thawed
2 Vanilla or chocolate wafers,
crushed
In a 2quart clear glass bowl layer half of the strawberries. Set aside.
In medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon yogurt
and lemon peel. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed till light and
fluffy. Carefully spread mixture over strawberries.
Arrange remaining cut or sliced up strawberries on top. Spread with whipped topping.
Sprinkle cookie crumbs on top. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
