Recipe - Layered Spinach Salad

One half pound Fresh spinach; cleaned &
torn apart
1 Head iceberg lettuce;
cleaned & torn apart
1 pack Frozen peas
4 Hard boiled eggs; cut or sliced up
One half pound Bacon; cooked & crumbled
DRESSING
1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
mix
1 cup Sour cream
2 cup Mayonnaise
Layer the salad ingredients in the order given. It is not necessary to thaw
the peas before putting in the salad.
Mix the dressing ingredients and spread over the top of the salad.
Refrigerate.
This salad is especially good when made several hours, or a day, ahead.
