Recipe - Layered Italian Casserole

1 pound Ground beef
One half cup Chopped onion
1 small Clove of garlic
1 cn (8 oz) tomato sauce
2 tablespoon Parsley
One half teaspoon Oregano
8 ounce Spaghetti; cooked & drained
2 cup Cottage cheese
8 ounce Mozzarella cheese; cut or sliced up
One half cup Grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef, onion, garlic and drain fat. Stir
in tomato sauce, parsley, oregano. In a 8X12inch shallow pan, layer
spaghetti, meat sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and finally top with
Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. busted by sooz
