1 pack (10 ounces) frozen chopped
broccoli, thawed and
drained
1 tablespoon Finely chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, finely
chopped
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Dash of pepper
2 cup Coarsely cutup cooked
chicken
1 cn (8 ounces) cut or sliced up water
chestnut.
One half cup Sour cream
2 tablespoon Milk
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
(4 ounces)
One fourth cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika
Mix broccoli, onion, garlic, One fourth teaspoon salt and the pepper in round
microwavable dish, 8 x l l/2 inches. Cover tightly and microwave on high 3
to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisptender; stir.
Layer chicken and water chestnuts evenly on broccoli. Cover with waxed
paper and microwave 3 minutes.
Mix sour cream, milk and One fourth teaspoon salt; pour evenly over water
chestnuts. Sprinkle with cheeses and paprika. Cover with waxed paper and
microwave on mediumhigh (70%) 3 to 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
