Recipe - Latvian Herring Salad

1 Herring in brine, soaked in
milk and minced
2 Granny Smith apple, minced
2 Onions, chopped
3 Hard boiled eggs, minced
4 Pickled cucumbers, minced
One fourth cup Mayonnaise
One fourth cup Fresh cream
1 teaspoon Curry.
Drain herring and rinse in water. Mix everything to combine. Chill.
Serving Ideas : Excellent for a buffet dinner
