Recipe - Latin-Style Spice Rub

One fourth cup Cumin
One fourth cup Chili powder
2 tablespoon Coriander seeds, crushed
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
2 tablespoon Black pepper, fresh ground
Combine all the ingredients and grind to a powder in a spice mill, coffee
grinder, or with a mortar and pestle. Cover in a cool, dark place, it will
keep for about 6 weeks.
