Ingredients:

One half cup Flour, allpurpose
1 Eggs
1 pn Salt
3 qt Water
2 tablespoon Salt

Knead a hard dough from flour, egg and salt. Roll it out very thin and
cut thin vermicelli noodles.
Bring 3 qt water and 2 tablespoons salt to a boil. Cook noodles in
rapidly boiling water for 3 minutes, or until done. Drain and rinse with
cold water.
