Recipe - Lasagna-Style Sirloin Casserole

1 pound Ground sirloin
1 tablespoon Butter
3 cn (8 oz) tomato sauce
12 ounce Wide lasagna noodles
1 One half cup Cottage cheese
8 ounce Cream cheese; softened
One half cup Sour cream
1/3 cup Chopped green pepper
One half cup Chopped green onions
Brown ground sirloin in butter in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Stir in tomato sauce. Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine
cheese, sour cream and vegetables in bowl; mix well. Layer noodles and
cottage cheese mixture half at a time in 9x13" baking dish. Pour beef
mixture over layers. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes. Yield: 810 servings.
