Recipe - Lapuska (Cabbage)

32 ounce Sauerkraut bag or canned
1 md Tomato raw
1 md Onion
One half cup Vegetable Broth
1 cup Wine table, white
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon All purpose flour
5 Chinese black mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon Sugar
Soak the dries mushrooms in water. Open kraut and wash with water and
drain. Chop up the onion and tomato. Saute' the mushrooms and remove from
pan. Saute' the onions until soft. Add all the rest of the ingredients.
Stir well and lower the heat. Cover and cook for One half hour stirring
occasionally.
