Recipe - Lane Cake Filling

8 Egg yolks
1 cup Sugar
One half cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Chopped pecans
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Flaked coconut
One half cup Bourbon
One half cup Sliced maraschino cherries
Combine egg yolks, sugar, and butter in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium
heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 20 minutes).
Remove from heat, and stir in remaining ingredients. Cool completely.
Yield: 3 One half cups.
