Recipe - Landlubbers Salmon Patties

1 Pink salmon; drained
1 Egg or 2 egg whites
One half cup Cornflake cereal; crushed
One fourth cup Onion; minced
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Oil
Mash salmon with fork. Add egg whites, crushed creal, onion and lemon
juice. Mix throughly; form 4 patties. Heat oil over medium heat in a
nonstick skillet. Add patties and cook 68 munutes or until brown; turn
and cook 46 munutes or until brown. Serving size: 4oz patty Calories: 220
Fat: 11 gm Cholesterol: 106 mg Sodium: 652 mg
