Ingredients:
Lamb And Cabbage (Far I Kal) recipe makes 4 Servings
2 pound Lean lamb, cubed
One fourth cup Butter
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Peppercorns
2 cup Water
1 Cabbage, cut in eights,
cored
Three fourths cup Dairy sour cream
Brown lamb cubes in butter. Add seasonings and water. Cover. Simmer for 45
minutes. Add cabbage. Cook for 1520 minutes. Add sour cream. Reheat, but
do not boil. serves 6
