Recipe - Lamb Pilaf (Baranini Pilaff)

3 pound Lamb breast, boned and cubed
3 tablespoon Butter
3 Onions, cut in half
One fourth teaspoon Salt or more to taste
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
1 One half cup Raw rice
4 cup Hot water

Saute lamb in butter for 5 minutes. Add onions, slt and peppers, stirring
until very brown. Add water and rice. Mix. Cover. Bake at 300 deg for 2
hours. 68 servings.
