Recipe - La Stradas Portabella Mushroom

2 Whole portabella mushrooms
1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 lg Garlic (elephant); roasted
1/3 cup Sundried tomatoes
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Parsley
16 ounce Angel hair pasta; fresh
Coat mushrooms in oil and vinegar (3:1), add salt/pepper/roasted garlic and
water. Bake at 350 degrees for One half hour than add 1 tbs butter on top and
other ingredients. Cook fresh pasta in oil, till crispy. Put the mushroom
mixture on top of the pasta.
